Now we will discuss the box office collection of the film Basanta. The film, starring Prakash Saput, Swastima Khadka, Prakash Ghimire, Kamalmani Nepal, Khabu, etc., has been showing nationwide since 22nd of last Chaitra 2081.

This film lacked nothing in its thoughtfulness. On the first day of release, the film received more than 180 views across Nepal.
But unfortunately, now that it has reached its second week, the number of shows for this film has decreased so much that it is currently only getting around 45 to 50 shows across the whole Nepal.

11th Day Box Office Collection

The official collection of this film till yesterday has been made public by Chalachitra Bikas Board.Based on the data from the development11 board, the film has collected a gross collection of Rs 1 Crore 77 Lakhs i.e NPR 17.7 million in 11 days at the box office.
However, due to the lack of box office in all theaters across the Nepal, it has been reported that the film's collection as of yesterday, 11 days ago, has reached around Rs. 2 Cores ( Rs. 20 millions NPR rupees).
12th Day Box Office Collection
And as of today, the film Basant has completed 12 days at the box office, and today, on the 12th day, the occupancy in some of the halls of this film is looking very good. The film is doing well at the box office, especially in the western region of Nepal.
Due to the delay in release starting today in some theaters, the overall occupancy of this movie in those theaters today is seen to be between 50 and 80%. And if we look at the overall occupancy across the Nepal, it is seen to be around 10 to 15% for this film.
For this reason, it has been reported that the film Basanta has grossed over 5 lakhs at the box office on its 12th day today.
14th Day Box Office Collection
As of today Basanta movie have crossed 2nd week at the box office i.e 14 days. On 14th day this movie collection amount is NPR 5 lakhs gross amount due to average occupancy as compared to other movies like anjila and Pitambar. At the end of 14th day the total collection amount crossed NPR Rs. 2 Crores and 10 Lakhs gross amount.
Lifetime Collection of Basanta Movie
Judging by the way the film is currently collecting at the box office, the film's lifetime collection is likely to exceed 25 million rupees.

Similarly, it is no surprise that the film is doing well at the box office in the Western region.
If Prakash Saput's various controversies had not come before the release of this film, it would certainly have been a box office success.
