Job Vacancy Positions
A. Branch Manager (Senior to Junior Officer)
- Required Numbers: Few
- Education Qualification: Must have completed Bachelor's Degree in Commerce/Management from the required University like TU.
- Minimum Experience: For the Position of Branch Manager candidate must have 5 years work experience in the Banks and Financial Institutions. Also, within above 5 years there should be at least 1 year of working experience in the position of Bank Manager (BM).
- Skills: Good Marketing & Product intelligence skills, marketing plans, strategies, budget estimations and successfull implementation. Should have Team leading and building capacity. Should have capability to lead the branch in competition to other branches.
B. Relationship Manager( Assistant)
- Required Numbers: Few
- Education Qualification: Must have completed Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Management scoring 50% or CGPA 2.50.
- Minimum Experience: To work as Relationship Manager or Assistant there should be at least 3 years or working experience in Banks and Financial Institutions and should have worked in the credit related jobs or department for 1 years within above experience years.
- Skills: Working in Corporate/SME credit industry, Strong Will Power, Can-do attitude, strong sales spirit, managing and establishing solid business relationship.

C. Trainee Assistant
- Required Numbers: Few
- Education Qualification: In the entry level position candidate should have completed at least Bachelor's Degree in commerce/Management from the recognized University scoring minimum 50% or with grading system CGPA 2.50.
- Minimum Experience: As this is the entry level position all the fresher can apply for the position.
- Age Criteria: Should not exceed 28 years of age on the last date to apply for the vacancy of Trainee Assistant
- Preference: Local candidates are encouraged
- Deserving candidate is accepted with only +2 degree also.
