Recently, Council of Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) Examination Control Office, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur published very important notice about filling the application form for one subject chance examination (first time published date 12th Asar, 2080).

All the faculty like Diploma and Certificate level Nursing, General Medicine, Agriculture (Plant Science and Animal Science), Lab Technician, Radiography, Dental Science (Dental Hygiene), Diploma in Pharmacy, under the annual examination system conducted by this council at individual, partnership, community school and private level school. Ophthalmic Science, General Ayurvedic Medicine, Physiotherapy, Forestry and Acupuncture Programs and Special Student Scholarship Program in Technical Education .
CTEVT Chance Exam Form & Exam Date
Those who have passed the first and second year and failed only one subject in the third year up to the date of publication of this notice, theoretical one subject chance examination according to the Council Examination Regulations 2071. This notice has been published for the student concerned to submit the examination application form to the respective schools within 21st Asar, 2080 for regular fee and 25th Asar 2080 paying late fee The chance exam of diploma level will be conducted in the month of Shrawan 2080.
- Regular Fee Date: 21st Asar, 2080
- Late Fee Date: 25th Asar, 2080
- Exam Date: Shrawan 13, 2080
This notice has been published for the information of all those concerned students and school with the practice of disqualifying the students who do not fulfill the following conditions and who do not submit the application form within the specified time.

Conditions for CTEVT Diploma Level Chance exam Form 2080
- 1. The educational institution has to log in the application form of the partial examinees of a subject to ITMS Online from its user and distribute the examination application form to the examinees.
- 2. Examination application form fee Rs. 300.- will have to be submitted.
- 3. The concerned educational institutions shall compulsorily pay the amount of examination application form fee for regular fee on 22nd Asar 2080 and late fee on 26th Asar 2080 to the bank account of the concerned council, Province office.
- 4. Under the annual examination system, only the regular examines who have failed in any one subject in the third year regular examination are allowed to fill the said application form and the copy of the
- 5. Result Sheet of the said regular examination must be attached with the application form.
- 6. Candidates who failed in only one subject in the result of the third year examination conducted in the month of February 2079 after the registration was established in the year 2076 (2019) will be allowed to fill the application form for the one subject chance examination. A copy of Mark sheet or Ledger of first and second year marks must be attached with the application form. If the candidates who fail the first and second year of the annual examination system fill the application form of the examination, the examination will be canceled automatically.
- 7. The application form should be submitted to the respective provincial offices of the council through the respective schools.
- Th. The exam will not be admitted without the admit card. Therefore, the admission letter should be submitted by the concerned school within the specified time.
- 8. Date of examination and examination center will be published later.
- 9. Since the symbol number has to be paid in one lump sum, the examination application form for the regular fee must be entered in the Web Based Online System within the office hours of 2080.03.21 and for late fees within the office hours of 2080.03.25.
