Every Years This types of Beauty pageant shows are being done in different level. Recently on August 26 2022 Miss Universe Nepal 2022 winner is announced. Before this in the Grand Finale Miss Nepal World 2022 winners has also been chosen among participant all over Nepal.

Anisha Shrestha won the crown of Miss Nation Nepal along with a cash prize of Rs. 1,00,000 (1 lakh) prize in the Grand Finale held on August 27 2022. In the competition, Purnima Prajapati was the first runner-up and Da Lamu Sherpa was the second runner-up.

The chief guest of the program, Deepak Gautam, head of District Coordination Committee Kavre, started the program by pouring water in a pot. Dhruba Budhathoki, Jwala Raj Pokhrel, Sumit Rana, Samarika Sharma were among the jury members of Miss Nation Nepal 2022 sponsored by Sajilo Pay.
This is the first edition of Miss Nation Nepal. According to the organisers, the aim of organizing Miss Nation Nepal every year is to teach women makeup, dance, personality development, speech, self-defense and acting.

In the same competition, Viewers Choice Pema Sherpa, Best Walk Purnima Prajapati, Miss Friendly Marina Dhungel, Miss Confidence Shweta Sharma, Miss Talent Komal Paudel, Miss Multimedia Aarti Sarraf, Miss Discipline Anju Thami, Best Personality Sangam Basnet and Manila Rana was awarded with Miss Photogenic title.
