As per the decision of the meeting of the National Examination Board, SEE Regular and exempted group students from general and technical stream of the year 2080 who have obtained C, D+, D or E and students absent in maximum 2 subjects or students whose grade is not mentioned in 2 subjects could participate in the supplementary examination.The supplementary examination will be conducted from Shrawan 26 2080 BS, Friday.
This information has been published for the information of all concerned by completing the following process on the basis of the admission card provided by the regular and exempted group of the 2080 SEE Main Examination for joining the examination.

1. Supplementay Exam Form Fee
Along with filled application form, Application fee per student is Rs. 500. The amount to be paid in the Revenue Account No. 14223 and student should bring fee paid voucher, admit card photocopy and downloaded SEE 2080 grade Sheet in the related school. The exam fee should paid within the Shrawan 21, 2080 and send to education development and Coordination Committee There is no any provision to accept application with late fees.

The application form can be obtained by downloading from the Examination Control Office, Class 10, website www.see.gov.np or from the National Board website www.neb.gov.np.

First Exam of SEE supplementary 2080 Routine
- Exam Date: 26th Shrawan, 2080, Friday. Compulsory English Exam code no 101
- All subjects of Students participating in one subject.
Student participating in two subject exam with subject code having lower code number.
Second Exam of SEE supplementary 2080 Routine
- Exam Date: 27th Shrawan, 2080 Saturday
- Student participating in two subject exam with higher subject code number subject

3. SEE Supplementary Exam Document Requirement
The following documents should be attached with the application form:
- Copy of grade sheet / grade ledger of SEE exam 2080
- Copy of Admission Card for Joining SEE Exam 2080
- Bank voucher for payment of prescribed fee

4. Get SEE Supplementary Exam Admit Card
Arrangement of Admission Card: As the Admit card of SEE Exam 2079 has been established for the supplementary examination, the examination will have to be given from the symbol number mentioned in the same SEE Exam Admit card.
5. Find SEE Admit Card if Lost
In case of loss of admission card, the headmaster of the school concerned certifies the photo of the student and deposits Rs. 50 (Fifty) fee should be paid and submitted with recommendation in Education Development and Coordination Unit.
Arrangements will be made by the Education Development and Coordination Unit of the concerned district to provide a copy of the admission card for the purpose of joining the supplementary (grade promotion) examination.
6. SEE Supplementary Exam Form Responsibility of EDCU
The Education Development and Coordination Units(EDCU) must send the details of the candidates filling up the application form to join the supplementary (grade increment) examination in a school-wise manner by the end of 24th Shrawan, 2080 to Office of Examination Controller Class 10 and the application form filled up by the SEE student should remained protected for six months in the Education Development and Coordination Units.
