Grade 12 Exam Routine Notice 2077
The National Examination Board, Examination Control Office, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur has decided to held the annual examination of class 12 general (including music, fine arts and Sanskrit subject groups) and technical subject groups.
This notice has been published for the information of all concerned students and affiliated colleges as the examination program will be conducted in accordance with maintaining the examination rules, health safety norms and social distance prescribed by the Government of Nepal in case of postponement due to the epidemic.
Time of Examination
Examination time: 8:00 am to 9:30 am.

Mangshir 9th 2077 B.S. Tuesday is the first examinationn date for Grade 12

Further More information
(A) There will be no other arrangement for the examination due to absent of students in the scheduled exam.
(B) Even in case of any emergency leave, the examination will not be postponed without prior notice of the Examination Control Office.
(C) Materials such as graph paper, chart, Journal voucher, bank cash book required for the examination should be brought by the examinee himself.
(D) Candidates appearing for the subject of Biology subject shall use the same answer sheet for the subject of Botany and Zoology.
(E) The experimental examination of the subjects remaining to be completed by the school shall be completed internally by the school/college and submitted to the concerned office of the National Examination Board by 25th October, 2077 BS.
(F) It is prohibited to carry mobile phones, smart watches and other electronic devices in the examination. A separate examination will be arranged for such candidates on the basis of a report submitted by a laboratory accredited by the Government of Nepal.
G) As per the rules, only those students who have filled the examination form are only eligible to participate in the annual board exam.
H) Students those who are proved with medical document they are infected with Covid-19 are requested not to participate in the Grade 12 examination. If you are such student then there will be separate examination schedule on the basis of laboratory report submitted and accredited by the Government of Nepal.
(I) Student those who are far from their previous school location can participate in the examination according to their earlier document submitted. For this purpose all the three district such kathmandu, lalitpur, bhaktpur will be considered as one district i.e. Kathmandu Valley.
