The last date for filling up the application form for the diploma certificate level full fee has been fixed at the evening of Thursday, 2077.06.15. We all know that our country Nepal has been in a state of lockdown and shutdown for a long time due to the global epidemic of Covid-19 which started in 2019 A.D.
After the issuance of restraining order in various parts of the country, it is difficult for the applicants to collect the required documents although at time current time the public transport is in operation since few days. The information has been published to extend the date of filling the entrance exam form for 2020/2077.

Detail about the Diploma level Entrance Exam Form 2020
1. The last date to fill the application form for the full fee of Diploma / Certificate level is 2077.06.25 till Sunday.
2. The last date for remittance of fees by the educational institutions is on Monday, August 10, 2077 within office hours.
3. Application forms filled by the examinees should be submitted by the concerned educational institutions to the web based online integrated training management system (ITMS) provided by the council, P.N. If the application form filled by the examinee is not submitted in the online ITMS within the date fixed by the concerned educational institution, the application will be disqualified itself and he/she will not be permitted to take part in the entrance examination. The concerned educational institution will be responsible for that.
4. For the first time in the academic year 2077-078, the educational institutions filling up the application form to run the affiliation / sanctioned PI program can send the first time official letter of the office to ctevtoce.itms@gmail.com to get their own username and password. The principal's name, mobile number and email must be mentioned in the letter.
