Ensuring service to its customers in the event of a disaster caused by the Coronavirus epidemic, Ncell Private Limited has been providing this attractive pack to its prepaid customers since 17th April 2020 (Friday Baisakh 5th 2077 B.S.).Benefits of the Offer
Under this scheme, subscribers can start bundling service with up to 250 MB of data, 25 minutes of on-net voice calls and up to 25 on-net SMS for only Rs 5 that can be paid later.Customers with zero main balance or balance less than Rs 5 can communicate with their relatives by activating this pack to pay the fee later. Considering the fact that in the event of a disaster, the customer may have difficulty accessing the service due to insufficient balance, Ncell has made this facility available to the customer.
Ncell has brought this pack to serve 3.6 million prepaid customers who have not used any service including voice, data and SMS for the past one month and have a main balance of less than Rs 5.
