1. Branch Manager- Junior Officer to Senior Officer

- Minimum Entry Qualification:- Bachelor's Degree in Management/Economics or related field from Assistant to Senior Officer.
- Work Experience:- A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial or Development Banks in the areas of Credit/Sales/Deposits Management, Trade Finance, Compliance, Risk and /or Operations.
- Eligibility Age Criteria:- Candidate should not exceed 35 years for Officer Level. There shall be an additional 5 years granted in the upper age limit of female candidates.
2. Relationship Manager- Senior Assistant to Supervisor

- Minimum Entry Qualification:- Bachelor's Degree in Management/Economics or related field from Assistant to Senior Officer.
- Working Experience:- A minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial or Development Banks in the areas of Credit, Sales and Deposits.
- Eligibility Age Criteria:- Candidate should not exceed 30 years for Assistant Level. There shall be an additional 5 years granted in the upper age limit of female candidates.
3. Service Manager- Senior Assistant to Supervisor

- Minimum Entry Qualification:- Bachelor's Degree in Management/Economics or related field from Assistant to Senior Officer.
- Minimum Experience:- A minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial or Development Banks in the areas of Operations, Cash Management, Remittance, Deposits, Compliance, Risk and Customer Service.

4. Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant - Senior Assistant to Supervisor

- Qualification:- A minimum of Bachelor's Degree and have completed articleship. Prior experience of audits of banks is preferred.

5. Loan Recovery Department - Junior Assistant to Assistant
