Muktinath Bikash Bank Job Informations🙆
1. Management Trainee (MT):
- The total requirement: 25
- Location: Inside/Outside Kathmandu Valley
- Minimum Qualification: Must have completed Master Degree (Preferably in Management and Economics) with minimum 60% or CGPA 3.25 out of 4 or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Candidate should not exceed the age of 30 till 22nd January 2020
Instruction to candidate
- Fresher are encouraged to apply for Management Trainee
- More priority will be given to the local candidate near the bank branch
- Functional position can be offered as per the requirement and the position for the job may be offered based on qualification and experience
- Practical working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and must be fluent in both written and spoken in English and Nepali language
- The applicant with the licence of two-wheeler shall have an added advantage especially for the applicant of Small and Micro Banking(SMB)
2. Trainee Assistant (TA):
Total Required Numbers for the Trainee Assistant is 80. It is divided into two branch Modern Banking(MB) and Small and Micro Banking(SMB)
a. Modern Banking:
- Required Numbers: 30
- Location: Inside/outside Kathmandu Valley
- Education Level: +2 passed in management or equivalent and must have secured a minimum of 50% from the recognized university or equivalent CGPA.
- Age criteria: should not exceed more than 25 years as of 22nd January 2020.
b. Small and Micro Banking (SMB)
- Required Numbers: 50
- Location: Inside/outside Kathmandu Valley
- Education Level: +2 passed in management or equivalent and must have secured a minimum of 45% from the recognized university or equivalent CGPA.
- Age criteria: should not exceed more than 30 years as of 22nd January 2020.

- Education Level: +2 passed in management or economics
- Age criteria: should not exceed more than 30 years as of 22nd January 2020.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of working experience in Micro Banking/Banking and Financial Institutions or any related fields.
Special Skills
- Must have skill in Computer and Should be capable of handling Microsoft Office all Applications.
- Candidate with two-wheeler licence is taken as more value-added in their application process.
- Applicants for Small and Micro Banking should be willing to visit the remote/rural areas and keep interested in working with the rural farmers. He or she should have the willingness to uplift the living standard of the marginalized and deprived community.
