TU Convocation 2076 all details - 45th Convocation Ceremony to PhD, Master and Bachelor Level passed out students. Tribhuvan University 45th Convocation Ceremony Program is going to be held in the Pulchowk playground at Pulchowk Campus. For Scarf/Gaun/Cap and refundable deposit read below:

Details of TU Convocation Ceremony 2076

Tribhuvan University 45th Convocation Ceremony Program is going to be held in the Pulchowk playground at Pulchowk Campus dated 3rd Poush, 2076 B.S. accordingly 19th December 2019 A.D. This is informed to all the students who are willing to take part in the ceremony program.

TU Convocation Ceremony

The students who are going to attend in the morning sharp 10:00 AM for the convocation ceremony program by wearing their Gaun/Scarf/Cap. PhD and Convocation prize receiving student to sit at the front according to their name listed. Get Gaun/scarf/cap and dress according to the information below.

1. Gaun/Scarf/Cap Detail:

a. Date: 

2076 Mangshir 25th to 2076 Poush 2nd (At the holiday also distribution will be continued)

b. Time: 

Morning 10:30 AM to Afternoon 3:30 PM

c. Place:

TU, Office of Examination Controller, Balkhu

d. Documents requirements: 

Gaun receiving Form while filling online form for participating in the Convocation ceremony program.

e. There will be no distribution of Gaun/Scarf/Cap on 2076 3rd Poush.

All the required Gaun/scarf/cap should be collected at the respective above date.

2.  Dress: Students coming to participate in the ceremony program should wear the dress as listed below:

a. Men/Boys/He can wear dress according to their choice or Coat, Pant, Tie and Gaun/Scarf/Cap provided by Tribhuvan University.

b. Woman/Girl/She can wear a dress according to their choice or Saree, Blouse and Gaun/Scarf/Cap provided by Tribhuvan University.

3. Certificate Details

a. The certificate will be distributed at Pulchowk playground from the counter after the completion of the program.

b. The student should bring Ceremony Slip which was received while filling the online form. 

c. Students unable to receive their certificate on the ceremony day or those students filled for the ceremony but unable to attend the ceremony can collect their certificate from TU, Office of Examination Controller, Balkhu, Certificate Branch room no 3.

4. Returning Gaun/Scarf/Cap and Refundable Deposit: (Other than Holiday)

1. Gaun/Scarf/Cap returning date Poush 6th, 2076 to Poush 21st
2. Time 10:00AM to 3:30 PM Gaun/Scarf/Cap will be taken away from students and a refundable deposit will be deposited in their respective bank account.
3. Rs. 1200 refundable deposit will be returned only if Gaun/Scaf/cap all are returned to TU with return form otherwise fee will be deducted if any is lost.
4. If a student is unable to return Gaun/Scarf/Cap within in the above given time then a late fee will be charged and the deposit will be returned. Also, students not taking Gaun/Scarf/Cap will also be charged late fees if unable to submit the form.
5. Gaun/Scarf/Cap return form and citizenship or identity card should be provided while refunding the deposit to TU.
6. Let of Authority letter and citizenship or identity card another person should be provided if student themself is unable to attend.
7. The date for Gaun/Scarf/Cap and deposit returning after charging late fines.

• 2076/09/22 to 2076/09/25 Rs. 25/-
• 2076/09/27 to 2076/09/29 Rs. 50/-
• 2076/10/02 to 2076/10/05 Rs. 100/-
• 2076/10/06 to 2076/10/22 Rs. 300/-

 If a student is unable to receive their refundable deposit in above-mentioned date then the deposit will automatically lapse.
