Special Chance for CTEVT Students
Council of Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Office of Examination Controller, Sanothimi Bhaktapur has published notice of Diploma and Certificate level special chance (Partial) exam form fillup notice.

This is to be noticed to all the affiliated, partnership, Community School and Privately owned School students that those students who were admitted and got registered for the first time on 2069/70(2012) from different faculty are noticed to fill their chance exam form.
The faculties are Diploma in Engineering, Food and Dairy Technology, Communication Technology, Hotel management 1st-year First semester/Second semester, 2nd-year First section/second section, 3rd-year first section/the second section.
And,
Certificate Level Nursing, Health Assistant, Agriculture, Lab Technology, Radiography, Homeopathy, Dental Science(Dental Hygiene), Ophthalmic Science, Diploma in Pharmacy, General Health Ayurved, Forestry and Acupuncture program 1st, 2nd and 3rd students.
The last syllabus exam appeared students who were unable to pass their exam within a given time have this special chance (Partial) to pass out from this exam. The exam will be held in the month of Magh and the location is Kathmandu
Last date to fill Exam form
2076 Mangshir 9th in regular fee and if you are unable to fill in this date
Delay fee fill Up date is Up to 2076 Mangshir 16th
All the educational institutions are informed to fill the form within time. Also, if all the forms are not filled up within time and conditions below are not fulfilled then students from those institutions will not get a chance to appear in the exam.
Conditions to be fulfilled:
1. Exam form should be filled up fully and recently photographed passport size photo that shows both ear and face clearly are required.
2. Exam fee per subject is Rs. 300/- and for every 1 subject increment Rs. 150/- is charged and in delayed fee the above fee will be doubled.
3. Compulsory submit exam form bring two copy of a certified copy of accompanying the form and one copy soft copy also (in Excel 7.0)
4. Internal exam passed students can only appear in the exam. Students who are failed in an internal exam are rejected. So students should include their issued number in the form. Internal exam rating printed copy and soft copy (DVD in Excel 7.0 should be brought compulsorily).
5. Students who are registered from other institutions must include institutions name compulsorily in the exam form.
6. Exam form is available from CTEVT, Office of Province Council, Office of Examination Controller. The exam will not be accepted individually. The form should be submitted on behalf of the institution.
7. Related Educational Institute should compulsorily collect the form from students and submit within Mangshir 10th, 2076 in regular fee and in delay fee should submit within 17th Mangshir, 2076 in Council related province office. Form after the provided above dates will be rejected.
