TU 45th convocation fees and rules- Fees of TU convocation and rules if you are attending convocation program 2076 in the Tribhuvan University ground. You need to pay some amount of money and fill the form to attend the 45th TU convocation. |

Convocation Fees Details 2076 :
Students who have passed Bachelor, Master, M.Phil. and P.HD. are eligible for convocation 2076
Bachelor Passed Students:
For Convocation Certificate you need to Pay Rs. 2,200/-Gaun/Convocation Cap/ Scarf Deposit Rs. 1,500/-
Altogether you need to pay Rs. 3,700/- (Excluding 2 Guardian)
You can bring Upto 2 guardian in the Convocation. If you want your parents/Guardian to attend convocation then you need to pay Rs. 300/- per guardian ( 1 Guardian = Rs. 300/- and 2 Guardian = Rs. 600/-). This is a non-refundable amount.
Total Fees becomes Rs. 4,300/- (Including 2 Guardian)
Master and M.Phil Passed Students:
For Convocation Certificate you need to Pay Rs. 2,700/-Gaun/Convocation Cap/ Scarf Deposit Rs. 1,500/-
Altogether you need to pay Rs. 4,200/- (Excluding 2 Guardian)
You can bring Upto 2 guardian in the Convocation. If you want your parents/Guardian to attend convocation then you need to pay Rs. 300/- per guardian ( 1 Guardian = Rs. 300/- and 2 Guardian = Rs. 600/-). This is a non-refundable amount.

PhD Passed Students:
For Convocation Certificate you need to Pay Rs. 3,200/-Gaun/Convocation Cap/ Scarf Deposit Rs. 1,500/-
Altogether you need to pay Rs. 4,700/- (Excluding 2 Guardian)
You can bring Upto 2 guardian in the Convocation. If you want your parents/Guardian to attend convocation then you need to pay Rs. 300/- per guardian ( 1 Guardian = Rs. 300/- and 2 Guardian = Rs. 600/-). This is a non-refundable amount.
Total Fees becomes Rs. 5,300/- (Including 2 Guardian)
Deposit Bank Account (Pay Fees)
You need to pay all the above fee in Nepal Bank Limited Account No. 04500100099110000016 or Global IME Bank Account No. 501010000389. There is no other option to deposit the above fees.At the time of depositing amount in the bank, you need to mention TU registration number, Grace Number. For Grace number, you can visit tuconvocation.tuexam.edu.np and also it will be published in Gorkhapatra Daily.
While paying a fee you will receive Transaction ID or receipt. After you put this transaction ID you will be able to fill convocation form.

3. Within 1 year of Convocation, you need to take your main certificate otherwise extra penalty will be charged.
