This is yearly based master 2nd year exam form fill up notice including the students who are admitted for the first time in Master 1st year on 2062 B. S. as regular student and appeared exam for the first time in 2063.
And, for the private student whose who have crossed six year after appearing Master 1st year exam in 2063 B.S. in different faculties such as Management, Humanities and Education.
This is the first time TU, Balkhu, Academic Council have declared to provide chance for the students of Master 2nd year for the last time in 2076 B.S.
Those students who have crossed more than 6 years and unable pass exam are informed to fill their form.
Master Level 2nd year Chance exam waiting students are also informed to fill their form.

Visit your respective colleges or campus for filling up exam form of Master level 2nd 2076.
Starting Date: Bhadra 17th, 2076 B.S.
Ending Date: Kartik 1st, 2076
Exam Form Double Fee Date
If you are unable to attend for filling exam form of Master 2nd Year in regular specified date you can also fill exam form by paying a double fee which is exactly double than regular date. Date is below

More About Exam Form 2076:
- Exam form should be filled up by the student who want to appear in the examination. Otherwise, TU is not liable for mistakes.
- Student should compulsorily include their TU registration number while fill exam form.
- For filling exam form 2 passport size photos which are recently shooted.
- If any student want to get photocopy of exam admit card before exam then student must bring same photo used while filling exam form.
- Campus Chip should include their signature in exam form filled up by students. Signature of Campus Chip should touch photo of student as well.
- For chance exam first Marksheet photocopy gained by student in 2nd year should be attached in the exam form by student.
- Private and Partial student should bring their Original marksheet with form for verifying exam form filled by student.
- Private and Partial student should also include their Exam Roll No. of last year at the top area of form.
