BALKHU who have admitted in 2016 B.S for the first time or year 2075 Regular Students who are interested to fill the exam form are informed to fill the examination form with in the given date below:

English : 2019 A.D. June 14th, Friday
Nepali : 2076 B.S., Jestha 31st , Friday

All the Campus related to This exam are requested to fill Up form by 2076 B.S., Jestha 31st , Friday and  by After the form fill date is ended Only 1 week is given for students to fill up form in double amount of examination form fill up amount.

About Regular Fees :

> Exam fees : Per 1 student  Rs. 500/-

> Exam Center Fees : Per 1 student Rs. 450/-

> Exam Form Fee : Per 1 student Rs. 50/-

Late Fees :

First, After the 2 days of Form fill up date is ended extra Rs. 200/- is added at the time of submission of form. Second time 2 days of Form fill up again extra Rs. 400/- is added. Third, Only for 2 days which is last chance for Form fill up again extra Rs. 1,000/- is added.
Lastly, To BE NOTICED : If any students is found to have not filled up form to the date ended above  then TU will not be liable and no any further process will be done to such forms filled up by the students. For detail Please read exam fill up notice which is below.
 

Important to Reach :

1.    Student who want to fill form for above first time admitted Faculty exam should bring photocopy
       of same exam certificate at the time of filling form otherwise, form will be rejected.

2.    Those students who admitted in 2012 group should follow old syllabus and students who
       admitted after 2012 or in 2013 group should follow new syllabus while filling up form.

3.    Those students who are in regular college can only fill up exam for only two subject among 
       second, fourth, sixth and eighth sessions otherwise form will be rejected. 

In Conclusion, All the above information will help BBA and BIM Even Semester (2nd, 4th, 6th and 8th Semester) Regular students who have admitted for the first time in 2016 A.D. for above program  and waiting to fill examination form for 2076 exam.
